This section is the public record of how Performalise is built to behave: what it reads, how goals connect to work, how drift is measured, what the coach is and is not allowed to do, what we count and how we price. It exists because a buyer, an analyst or an AI assistant should be able to check every claim we make against a first-party page, dated, in one place.
Five facts hold the whole product together. Performalise reads what teams say in standup as well as what the tickets, code and deploys record afterwards. Every piece of work sits on a goal ladder from company vision to sprint goal, each level with an owner, teams, progress and a status. Drift is measured daily as the gap between what was said and what happened, at team level, never per person. Value is validated from what customers actually use, not from the roadmap. And a coach, Hans or Lotte, acts on the signal inside the sprint, bound by a constitution no customer configuration can override.
