August 2026 Goals in your language

Goal frameworks: OKR, SAFe and custom. The goal ladder now speaks whichever framework your organisation already runs. OKRs are translated into sprint goals, never pushed down into tickets; SAFe organisations map PI objectives onto the same ladder; custom lets you name your own altitudes.

What this enablesGoal drift becomes visible in your own terms. When sprint work stops moving the objective above it, the drift shows against your OKRs or PI objectives, not against a vocabulary your teams don't use.

July 2026 See the portfolio your way

Goal frameworks: Agile and Kanban. The first two ladder templates, including flow-first teams with no sprint. One model for Scrum, Kanban and ScrumBan.

Advanced filters and grouping. Slice portfolio and team views by team, goal, timeframe and status.

What this enablesA portfolio manager can group ten teams by the objective they serve and see which goals are on track and which are drifting, in one view, without exporting anything.

June 2026 The Microsoft stack, end to end

Azure DevOps as a work-tracking front door. Microsoft Teams for standups and coaching nudges. Outlook calendar sync for ceremonies. Microsoft single sign-on.

What this enablesMicrosoft shops run Performalise without leaving their stack. Same signals, same coaching, same goal ladder as Jira teams, and mixed organisations roll up into one portfolio view. The full read/not-read list per tool is on the integrations page.

May 2026 The coach arrives

Hans and Lotte. Every team chooses its coach: same coaching, two voices, switch anytime.

Jira integration. Tickets, sprints, goals and status changes, read-only.

Google Meet. Standups and reviews on Meet feed the coach's daily signal; nobody types a status.

Google single sign-on.

What this enablesCoaching in the flow of work. The coach reads what the team says in standup and what the tracker shows it did, and the gap between the two is measured every sprint: said versus did.

The foundations before May 2026

Kudos, Polls Hub, Knowledge Hub, and AI-guided Sprint Planning, Review and Retrospective.

What this enablesThe team-side habits everything above builds on: recognition, an anonymous voice, shared know-how, and ceremonies that arrive prepared.
